Five Step Workflow Process
1. Site Inspection/Options Development
In this phase, you benefit from the experience we have gained from
building hundreds of control, automation systems by working with TFG’s
design team to determine your precise requirements.
At the end of this phase, your project will have a documented scope of
work, schematic drawings, schedule and a budget.
2. Preparation Phase
TFG personnel work to complete all of the required tasks necessary to
prepare for the build out of your unique solution. These activities range
from executing standard contracts to securing all required permits. All
schedules, budgets and design documentation are set at the conclusion
of this phase and build out can commence.
3. Build Phase
Utilizing our expertise in controls and automation design and build-out,
TFG personnel engage in the construction of your solution and provide
you with regular status updates to make sure it is completed on time and
to your specifications. Every element of this process from monthly reports
to change order management is systemized and standard.
4. Test Phase
Also referred to as the “commissioning” phase, this is the final step prior
to your solutions formal completion. Every component of your system from
hardware to software to firmware is rigorously tested and documented by
trained personnel to the highest standard in the industry.
5. Handover phase
All systems have been tested, all punch list items have been completed
and now your system is handed over to you along with comprehensive
operating documentation.
